This year's annual Family Circle Cup, the largest women's only professional tennis event, did not disappoint. A week of sunny skies and cool breezes kept everyone comfortable and content, and the matches held everyone's attention. In the final, 27-year-old German pro Angelique Kerber was up against American 20-year-old Madison Keys. No. 16, Kerber, rallied from a 1-4 down in the third set to beat No. 20 Keys, becoming the 2015 Singles Champion. It was a showdown that kept fans on their toes, finished off an epic week of matches and amped up everyone's excitement for next year's tournament. The Charleston Home + Design team could not have been happier to have been there, rooting the players on from our booth. With Daniel Island star player Shelby Rogers gracing the cover of our 2015 Winter issue and our hot-off-the-press Spring issue in stands to be scooped up by passerby's, we were in full FCC swing.
